We loved staff and location of this venue. Variety of supplies in the room : a microwave oven, a writing table and ironing facilities. The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a nice area, near to Al Salam Mall and Airport.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a perfect 10/10 fit. Best staff and the place was fairly clean. The hotel was located close enough to the wholesale markets and the seaport, Al Salam Mall and Airport. Variety of food options next to the venue. Amazing service from the staff. Could use their convenient parking.

The whole experience was perfectly pleasant. Interesting place for 3 nights in Jeddah, modern hotel. We liked our suite. The team there provided excellent service.
The breakfast we ordered was poor.

It is a pristine hotel and I loved its luxury rooms and very welcoming personnel. You could walk to shopping centers and a market. Besides, Khadija Baghlaf Mosque is 15 minutes' drive away. The pool area is clean too.
